BEFORE THE SEMESTER

STEP 1

Pre-Application Form for Vocational Training in the Workplace -> o be filled out by the student and submitted to the course coordinator.

Vocational Training in the Workplace Protocol -> To be carried out between the workplace and SGMYO.

STEP 2

SGM208-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Protokol Eki-Öğrenci Sözleşmesi -> To be filled out and signed.

EK2-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Kabul Formu -> To be filled out and signed.

STEP 3

SGM208-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Protokol Eki-Öğrenci Sözleşmesi -> The completed version must be submitted to the course coordinator.

EK2-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim Kabul Formu -> The completed version must be submitted to the course coordinator.

AFTER THE SEMESTER STARTS

STEP 4

STEP 5

EK3-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Yoklama Listesi -> To be signed on each day the student goes to the company.

STEP 6

SGM208-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Faaliyet Raporu -> To be submitted to the course coordinator by the student in the 3rd, 6th, 10th, and 13th weeks.

STEP 7

SGM208-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Dönem Sonu Raporu -> To be submitted to the course coordinator.

EK3-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Yoklama Listesi -> The signed version must be submitted to the course coordinator.

EK4-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Öğrenci Değerlendirme Formu -> To be filled out by the workplace and delivered to the course coordinator in a SEALED ENVELOPE by the student.

EK5-İşletmede Mesleki Eğitim-Kurum_Kuruluş Değerlendirme Formu -> To be filled out by the student and submitted to the course coordinator.

Step 8 – ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

  1. Activity Reports (4 in total) → 20%

  2. End-of-Term Report → 30%

  3. Workplace’s Student Evaluation → 20%

  4. Course Coordinator’s Evaluation → 30%

Students who score 60 points or above will be considered successful.
