Ankara University Cyber Security Vocational School held the first session of its “Cyber Security Talks” program aimed at increasing awareness in the industry and providing students with more comprehensive information about the sector. The inaugural guest of the program was Ms. Duygu FİDANCIOĞLU, the Director of the Cyber Security Unit at the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office. FİDANCIOĞLU provided important insights into the establishment processes of Cyber Security Vocational Schools in Türkiye and shared detailed information about the field of Cyber Security and the Vocational School during the question-and-answer session with the participants.
The program addressed important topics such as the founding story of Cyber Security Vocational Schools, employment opportunities for graduates, and their future plans. Additionally, detailed information was provided about critical roles such as Cyber Security Analysts and Operators, including their functions and responsibilities. Graduating students were also informed about the demand and job opportunities in the sector. The program effectively communicated by providing detailed information about the support and career opportunities available throughout the education process. The last part of the session proceeded in a question-and-answer format, where participants directed their questions to both Ms. Fidancıoğlu and our Vocational School, receiving detailed answers.
